Once your return item is received, our Quality Control Department will review it.

Any sign of wear, alteration and damaged in the product, the refund cannot be applicable.

Once the return is approved, we will send out a confirmation email to the customer.

In case of return, the refund payment will be done via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 7-10days.

In case any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the purchase, the return amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo code, as applicable.

Jewel Essence reserves the right to change the terms and condition for specific customer, the customers will always be communicated prior to the changes.

In case of refund, if the mode of payment was through online debit/credit card or net-banking, the refund payment will be processed by reversal.

In case, exchange value being higher than old product value, the difference has to be paid by the customer.

In case, exchange value being lower than old product value, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. The customer must use the credits for any purchase within 1 year from the date of credit.

Customers are eligible for lifetime buyback policy if you wish to exchange the old product, 40% shall be deducted from the original invoice value, and the balance will be refunded as credits for future purchases.
