Exchange/Return Policy: To ensure it that you are confident about your purchase, we have an exchange and return policy for you:-

Any manufacturing defect or quality related issues, customer are eligible for 100% refund or exchange with our exchange/return policy within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange/return.
Exchange/Return policy shall not be applicable to any customized order. In case, any customized order has manufacturing defect or quality related issues, Jewel Essence reserves the right to determine depending on case-to-case basis.
Exchange/Return is not applicable for international order (orders that are shipped outside India).
The exchange policy is applicable for one time use.
To be eligible for return, customers must ensure that the product is unused and kept in the original condition. It must also contain original packing box along with our certificate of authenticity and with any gift offered.
To complete your return, we also require original proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).

Refund/Exchange Terms & Conditions and Procidure :-

Once your return item is received, our Quality Control Department will review it.
Any sign of wear, alteration and damaged in the product, the refund cannot be applicable.
Once the return is approved, we will send out a confirmation email to the customer.
In case of return, the refund payment will be done via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 7-10days.
In case any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the purchase, the return amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo code, as applicable.
Jewel Essence reserves the right to change the terms and condition for specific customer, the customers will always be communicated prior to the changes.
In case of return, if the mode of payment was through online debit/credit card or net-banking, the refund payment will be processed by reversal.
In case, exchange value being higher than old product value, the difference has to be paid by the customer.
In case, exchange value being lower than old product value, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase. The customer must use the credits for any purchase within 1 year from the date of credit.

Lifetime BuyBack Policy: To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have a Lifetime BuyBack Policy for you

Customers are eligible for lifetime buyback policy if they wish to exchange the old product, 40% shall be deducted from the original invoice value, the balance will be stored as credits for future purchases.
Customers are eligible for lifetime buyback policy if they wish to return the old product, 50% shall be deducted from the original invoice value, the balance will be refunded back to the customer.
If any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the purchase, the return amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo code, as applicable.
